ZeroTickets was founded in 2020 in Manhattan, New York, with one specific goal: to help Shopify store owners stop worrying about customer support and start scaling with confidence.
We kept seeing the same pattern repeat across the ecommerce space. Store owners were spending too much time managing support tickets, training agents, and dealing with the operational mess that comes with running a customer service team in-house.
